Lubricate moving parts- Just like a car, we have to make sure the moving parts all have enough lubrication to they do not wear out as quickly.
Inspect Condensate drain- We make sure your drain for condensation is not obstructed by anything. There could be possible water damage or mold happening.
Replacing Air filter- If you do not do this regularly yourself, make sure your HVAC contractor checks and replaces all the air filters. More importantly we show you how to replace the air filters yourself.

Furnace Maintenance

Exhaust Outlets- Check to make sure the heating system is flowing exhaust properly. If there is build-up trapped up it could make it dangerous in your home. Seasonal HVAC maintenance should be checked to make sure there are no leaks or back up in your furnace.
Fuel Connections- Check to make sure the fuel lines are connected correctly and nothing is leaking. These are important safety HVAC maintenance procedures we double check. Maximum efficiency requires leak proof fuel lines.

Air Conditioning Maintenance

Clean coils- Make sure the air conditioner coils are clean before summer begins. Dirty coils can rake up your air conditioning costs.
Refill refrigerant- When necessary refill the refrigerant to always have the right amount of cooling refrigerant.
Calibrate system- Making sure the air is moving over the cooled coil to increase efficiency of the HVAC system.
